Disconnect a social or messaging account

In Go1000, open Settings → Connections and press Disconnect next to Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, TikTok, Google Business Profile or LinkedIn. Go1000 deletes that account's access tokens right away and stops collecting from it. You can also remove Go1000 from the platform itself (for Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations → Remove). When you do, Facebook tells us and we delete the data we received from it.

Delete your Go1000 account and data

Business owners can cancel in Settings and ask us to delete everything. A business's client should ask that business first; you can also ask us here. We confirm by email and complete deletion within 30 days, except what the law requires us to keep.
